POSSIBLE SCAM ALERT!

This website was created based on personal experience and hours of research into consumer reviews, complaints, experiences, and more to help avoid loss of money, possible fraudulent products, avoid hours of wasted time with customer service, and possible risks of using untested, falsely guaranteed results/refunds, and more. These conditions have been reported to multiple sources and trusted places such as Trust Pilot and the BBB.

BBB (Better Business Bureau)

As of 2/27/2026 Cartpanda.com sits with a C- grade on the BBB. This rating is listed on the BBB page for 617 complaints filed since the business was first believed to be started in July of 2025 (a large number of complaints for a short time in business). Another reason for the grade is listed as the length of time in business (this business has been open a short time and has not had a long enough history to establish trust). Finally, the last reason listed on the BBB page is because at least 1 complaint went unresolved. Generally, this means the business ignored the complaint altogether, the business provided an unreasonable or unrelated response, or the BBB felt the response may have been inappropriate. However, when a business responds, even if the complaint is not resolved, the complaint will be listed as answered. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume they did ignore a customer knowingly and willingly.

In addition to the grade, the BBB has issued an alert against the business (issued in September of 2025 which is recent) which is a very serious step to take. The last known time the company was cooperating with the BBB was in September of 2025 (the company has not made any notable changes since). The alert is labeled as “Pattern of Complaints.” Generally, this means that a business has received multiple complaints that allege the same things. The allegations that seem to be demonstrating a pattern are:
1.Failure to Honor Refund Guarantees (one of the most common scammer tactics)
2.Unauthorized or Duplicate Charges (easily the most serious allegation, this in some states is considered CRIMINAL and most states at least have CIVIL PROTECTIONS. Their terms of service do not exempt them from following the laws contrary to what they will have you believe)
3.Poor Customer Service and Communication (another prime example of scammer tactics, the customer service agents will work quickly to help you get an order placed, but will drag their feet whenever there is an issue especially one that requires a refund)

Finally, if you go to the main profile page on the BBB for Cart Panda has been identified as using a large number of other business names. This is very uncommon for a business.

TRUSTPILOT

Cart Panda has a better rating on Trust Pilot, however, there are some red flags to notate before you assume trust pilot is accurately rating the company.
1. An unusually high number of reviews for a business with a recent startup.
2. An unusually high number of reviews compared to other sites (ie 1000% more reviews than posted to the bbb)
3. Reviews that seem to be inaccurately portraying the rating system (ie one user noted the scam and issues, however, claimed one agent agreed to help them. The rating was entirely based on that one agents performance and not the overall company)
4. An unusually large number of 5-star positive reviews for a company that is a startup, identified by the BBB as a pattern of abuse, many posts on multiple reviews sites making similar claims, and a company that seems to have multiple identities where reviews should be left in other names.

Based on the above mentioned red flags, we recommend don’t base your judgement on trust pilots rating. The possibilities of fraud include:

-Fictitious or bias motivated reviews (ie reviews that don’t exist or were posted by employees possibly for incentives)

-Bribery (multiple companies including reputable ones have reported customers are offered cashback, discounts, gift cards, etc in exchange for a 5 star review. Even giants like Amazon face this problem)

-Cart Panda was operating illegally before filing the appropriate paperwork to become legal. (the website was operating for the last few years before filing a business license)

Although it is possible that the rating is genuine, based on the history this is a low likely chance. We recommend you do not SOLELY trust the rating on Trustpilot. However, it is worth noting that although a lot of customers have issues, there have been successful transactions and satisfied customers. Depsite there being some happy customers, there still appears to be a very real risk to using Cart Panda, as well as documented evidence of legal violations.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

Since I was requested to step in an intervene for a customer, I was given the privilege of experiencing the harassment myself. First, they have not filed legal business names in all 50 states which is required by most states based on the operation they are running (also known as nexus). Therefore, most people have a legal claim to the issues they face and yes this can usurp the terms of service. So I was contacted by a customer of Cartpanda saying they were scammed out of money. They made all good faith attempts to resolve the matter and the company played games and intentionally violated legal laws while stealing money from her. I reached out to the company with legal documents stating they are obligated to comply. Instead, they gave me a bunch of ridiculous responses, willfully lied to me, only offered a partial refund after the deadline for a lawsuit, and at times just blatantly ignored me. However, I will continue to email them daily. As such I have started adding a bill to my services for them. After adding a bill to them and purchasing the webpages that alert consumers to their fraud, they offered a full refund only if the product is shipped back to them and said there would be a loss of 25% for restocking (despite the package still being sealed and untouched). Then they continued to ignore me. At least one person accused the agents of being AI. My experience seems to support this possibility. When I first contacted support, I provided a legal document as well as an email with all the information including the customers name, order number, amount disputed, etc. However, a person, identified as Sarah Williams, responded saying how they take these matters seriously and asked for the order number. I responded by saying that I provided the order number in multiple locations in the email and documents. However, Sarah continued to play dumb and ask for the order number. After providing the order number, Sarah claimed she would look into options and follow up by the deadline I outlined. A couple days before the deadline, I asked for a status update. Sarah and Cartpanda Ignored me. After the deadline, we escalated the matter as allowed by law. Cart panda then tried to respond only offering a 5% discount. Further communication followed with no reasonable outcome. I explained to them they violated the deadline to avoid a lawsuit and the matter is now escalated. Finally, a person identified as Lucas Andrade (possible the CEO Lucas Castellani) responded by trying to cite policy to me offered a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and stated no money back until they received the package. I made it clear this is not acceptable, they already passed the deadline, we have the right to sue now, and offered a settlement to them. The company has since ignored me. *****UPDATE***** no previous information has been reviewed for status. As of 3/17/2026
