This is a possible interpretation based on the evidence at hand and does not guarantee this is how cart panda operates.
Cartpanda.com claims to operate a seller platform similar to amazon etsy ebay etc. Sellers pay a monthly fee to utilize cartpanda.com to sell items. This may work as advertised in part. The problem is Cartpanda is not legally in compliance with may legal laws itself. In addition, the same people operating cartpanda.com seem to also operate gelatinesculpt.com and other scam websites. They then pretend to be someone else using cartpanda.com to sell fake products through drop shipping methods. They then impose illegal policies such as trial periods, restock fees and other hidden fees to prevent you from claiming a refund (including a trial period designed to open your product so you don’t have as much if any to return and claim credit for). Cartpanda claims to contact them for all matters. However, the sellers will often have you reach out to them first and hide that policy. when you do reach out to cart panda, they will ignore you willingly. Cartpanda further contributes where if you go far enough eventually they refund in full (not after its a lot of wasted time hours and not worth it). However, once a customer gets their refund the matter is dropped and cartpanda continues to allow that scammer to operate on the platform knowingly and willingly. I have notified Cartpanda, via the email in their terms, about Gelatine sculpt on more than one occasion. They do not respond, block the seller, or do anything to protect shoppers.
